FitExpress
FitExpress’ current website feels outdated and no longer aligned with modern user expectations. The experience lacks clarity and makes it difficult for users to fully understand the brand’s offering across both mobile and desktop. The goal of the project was to improve usability, simplify navigation, and communicate the brand’s value more effectively.

Problem
Outdated design — it fails to communicate the brand’s positioning and importance.
Weak hero section — not engaging enough to capture attention or convey the brand identity.
Lack of clear CTAs — resulting in missed conversion opportunities.
Objective
Enhance the platform’s offering through a more coherent design, improving clarity, usability, and conversion potential.
Solution
Impactful hero section — designed to immediately immerse users in the fitness world, presenting the core offering within the first seconds.
Clear presentation of plans and services — subscriptions and services are showcased directly on the homepage to clearly communicate the brand’s offer.
Clean and modular structure — designed to guide users smoothly through the experience without overwhelming them.
Wireframes

The wireframes define the information hierarchy across the homepage and subscription pages, giving each section the right level of importance.
Final UI

The subscription page is designed to clearly communicate the available services, what’s included, and the pricing.

The service selection is optimized for mobile, allowing users to quickly add or remove options through a simple and intuitive interface.

The layout remains consistent across devices, ensuring readability and usability on both desktop and mobile.

The previous website felt scattered and failed to clearly communicate the offering. The redesign strengthens the hero message and gives more prominence to key call-to-actions.

The map search allows users to quickly find nearby locations, reducing the steps needed to choose a gym.

Classes are organized and presented to help users quickly understand the available activities.

The hero section immediately communicates the value of the service, guiding users toward the primary action.
